The company leader said the health of employee must be put above everything else even though the production work is busy. The leader requested the production department to improve the working conditions, ask the administrative department to lay down prepared plan for preventing heatstroke and release high temperature allowance to the employee on time.
The company released not only the heat stroke medicine but also the high temperature allowance to front-line employee. Besides, the company also provide first-aid and add resting time to them.
