The Shanghai International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair (WMF 2018) reached a perfect end atthe National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai, China on September 13th, 2018. Changzhou Union Boiler Container Co., Ltd selected quality products with 15 years history of manufacturing experiences to participate in this annual event. These included thermal energy center (biomass burning waste), reciprocating grate biomass boiler and the single(triple) pass flake drying system which are widely used in wood based panel production industry.
As one of the most biggest and influential Woodworking Machinery Fair in Asia,WMF and CIFF (Shanghai) collaborated for the first time in 2018, worked together to tie up upstream and downstream of the furniture manufacturing chain, aim to create a more convenient , professional and international purchasing experience for both exhibitors and visitors. We surely believe that it would bring new value, new thinking and new vitality to the industry.
After 15 years of deep ploughing, Changzhou Union Boiler Container Co., Ltd has devoted itself to the development of products in thermal energy field and has gained a good reputation. During the 3-day exhibition, Changzhou Union Boiler’s booth attracted many visitors coming from home and abroad. They showed great interest in our products.
The thermal energy center system is a kind of heating supply system specially designed for wood processing industry.
It collaborates the thermal oil boiler, steam boiler and steam generator together to achieve a great combination, give full play to their respective features in order to meet the heating demands of different production process. The system is composed of air-cooled reciprocating grate, feeding device, slag conveyor, blower, main ID fan, sanding dust combustion burner, cyclone, thermal oil boiler and steam boiler including other necessary equipment (steam generator). As the only manufacturer that can supply energy center in China, Changzhou Union Boiler Container Co., Ltd has already supplied 85 sets of energy center for our customers.
During the development process of reciprocation grate biomass boiler, Changzhou Union Boiler Container Co., Ltd introduced the most advanced technology in the world combined with the manufacturing experiences in domestic China, we put out an air-cooled reciprocating grate with new structure. The reciprocating grate has the advantages of solid frame, pushing device with novel structure, high cooling ratio, unique texture, flexible movement and so on. And the biggest characteristic of biomass boiler lies in its air-cooled reciprocating grate which burns wood wastes as fuel. Currently we have supplied nearly 300 sets of reciprocating grate biomass boiler to the market.
